Heritage Open Days at Wardsend 8th and 15th September
This is a new tour for Heritage Open Days and is a free event.
When our cemetery opened, men were the public face of families and communities. This tour presents evidence of the unreported lives of women, how they worked, protected their families and grieved for their dead.
